Certified in systems thinking, Yende Mangum is a second-year student at Princeton University studying Operations Research and Financial Engineering. He is also an award-winning musician who focuses on piano and vocal improvisation. He teaches piano performance, music theory, and composition. He is a member of musical group Mystic Prize, based in his hometown of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He enjoys reading and writing, and he owns a publishing company called Mangum Universal. He has released an album and an EP as a solo musician, and he has recently published his first book.
